Six hoophouses on the Yucaipa bench at 2,600 feet, where the nights stay cool enough to hold vegetable starts later into spring than down in the valley. Tomatoes, chiles, brassicas, alliums and a long herb bench, plus apple and pear whips in winter from the Oak Glen side of the hill. Closed Mondays — that is the day the seed orders go out.
