Apetalous sandwort
Moehringia trinervia
Apetalous Sandwort is a delicate, low-growing woodland annual that naturally carpets shaded, moist forest floors across Europe and temperate Asia. It thrives in humus-rich, moist soils under a woodland canopy and requires very little care once established in the right conditions. Best suited for naturalistic woodland garden settings or shaded ground cover applications rather than conventional ornamental beds.
