Arnica

Broadleaf arnica is a mountain wildflower native to western North America, valued for its bright yellow daisy-like blooms and long history of topical medicinal use. Grow it in cool, moist, well-drained soil in partial shade, mimicking its natural alpine meadow or open forest habitat. It can be tricky to establish outside its native range but thrives in rock gardens or naturalized alpine beds with consistent moisture and good drainage.
