Asarabacca

Asarabacca is a slow-spreading, shade-loving ground cover that forms a dense, attractive carpet of glossy kidney-shaped leaves, making it ideal for dark woodland or shaded garden corners. It thrives in humus-rich, moist soil under deciduous trees and requires very little care once established. Keep the soil consistently moist, avoid direct sun, and note that all parts of the plant are toxic if ingested.
