Bear's-foot

Bear's-Foot (Stinking Hellebore) is a tough, shade-tolerant perennial that provides welcome late-winter to early-spring interest with its clusters of pale green, bell-shaped flowers. It performs best in humus-rich, well-drained soil under trees or in a shaded border, and is remarkably drought-tolerant once established. All parts are highly toxic if ingested, so keep away from children and pets.
