Brown bent
Agrostis vinealis
Brown bent is a fine-textured perennial grass suited to open, well-drained to moderately moist soils and is often used in naturalized meadow or heathland plantings. It is low-maintenance once established and requires little supplemental watering in temperate climates where rainfall is regular. Mow or cut back lightly in early spring to refresh growth and prevent thatch buildup.
