California-rape

California-rape (charlock mustard) is a vigorous, fast-growing annual weed of open ground that requires little care once sown, thriving in disturbed soils in full sun to partial shade. Water occasionally during dry periods, though it is quite resilient and will often self-sustain in garden or field settings. Note that it can spread aggressively, so manage carefully if grown intentionally.
