Camassia quamash subsp. azurea

Azure camas is a native Pacific Northwest bulb that thrives in moist meadow conditions with partial shade to full sun. Plant bulbs in fall at a depth of 3–4 inches in well-draining but moisture-retentive soil. Once established, it naturalizes readily and requires little maintenance beyond keeping the soil consistently moist during its spring blooming period.
