Caraway
Carum carvi
Caraway is a culinary herb grown primarily for its aromatic seeds, which are used in cooking and traditional medicine. Plant it in well-drained soil in a sunny to partly shaded location and water consistently without overwatering. Harvest seeds in late summer once the seed heads begin to turn brown, and allow the plant to self-seed for future harvests.
