Cat's-foot is a charming low-growing groundcover that thrives in well-drained, sandy or rocky soil with plenty of sunlight. It requires very little supplemental watering once established and dislikes overly rich or wet soils. It makes an excellent rockery or alpine garden plant and spreads slowly to form attractive silvery mats.
