Clarkia gracilis subsp. sonomensis

Sonoma clarkia is a graceful California and Oregon native wildflower with delicate pink to lavender petals, native to open woodlands and grassy slopes of the North Coast Ranges. It prefers well-drained, sandy or loamy soils in partial shade and is best established by direct seeding in fall. Low fertilizer needs and good drainage are key — avoid heavy clay soils and standing water.
