Cloudberry

Cloudberry is a prized arctic and subarctic fruiting perennial that produces distinctive amber-colored berries with a unique tart-sweet flavor, highly valued in Scandinavian cuisine. It demands acidic, nutrient-poor, consistently moist or boggy soil and cool temperatures, making it very challenging to grow outside its native range.
