Colchicum

Colchicum is a charming autumn-blooming bulb that produces stunning pink-purple crocus-like flowers in fall, often before its leaves emerge in spring. Plant corms in late summer in well-drained soil with partial to full sun, and allow the foliage to die back naturally each spring. Note that all parts of this plant are highly toxic if ingested, so handle with care and keep away from children and pets.
