Common andryala is a softly hairy, yellow-flowered perennial native to the Mediterranean and Atlantic regions, well suited to dry, rocky, or sandy soils in garden borders or wildflower meadows. It thrives in full sun to partial shade and is quite drought tolerant once established, requiring infrequent watering. This low-maintenance plant attracts bees and butterflies and adds a cheerful daisy-like display through its long flowering season.
