Cotoneaster floccosus

Floccose cotoneaster is a vigorous, fast-growing ornamental shrub from south-central China, prized for its arching branches, white spring flowers, and bright red berries that attract birds in autumn. Plant in well-drained soil in a partly shaded to sunny location and water regularly until established, after which it is relatively self-sufficient. Prune lightly after flowering to maintain shape and remove any dead or crossing branches.
