Cow clover
Trifolium wormskioldii
Cow clover is a low-growing native perennial clover ideal for wildflower meadows, pollinator gardens, and naturalized areas in the western United States. It thrives in average to moist soils with part shade to full sun and requires very little maintenance beyond occasional watering during dry spells. Its pinkish-purple flower heads are highly attractive to native bees and butterflies from spring through summer.
