Cretan bryony is a vigorous climbing perennial best grown outdoors on a trellis or fence in a sunny to partially shaded spot. Water regularly during the growing season, allowing the soil to slightly dry between waterings. Handle with care as all parts of this plant are highly toxic if ingested.
