Crowfoot grass

Crowfoot grass is a cosmopolitan weedy annual grass that establishes rapidly in disturbed soils, lawns, and pathways and is generally considered a nuisance rather than a cultivated plant. It requires no intentional care and is difficult to eradicate once established due to prolific seed production. Management typically involves pre-emergent herbicides or persistent hand-pulling before seed set.
