Desmanthus illinoensis

Illinois bundleflower is a hardy native prairie perennial that thrives in average to dry soils with full sun to partial shade and requires very little care once established. As a nitrogen-fixing legume, it enriches the surrounding soil and supports pollinators with its delicate white flower clusters. It is an excellent choice for native plant gardens, meadow restorations, or low-maintenance naturalized landscapes.
