Eriogonum strictum var. anserinum

Strict buckwheat is a tough western North American native perennial that adapts well to rocky, well-drained soils across a wide range of elevations. Plant in a partially shaded to sunny location and water every one to two weeks, reducing frequency once the plant is well established. It is an excellent low-maintenance addition to native plant, xeriscape, or pollinator gardens in the Pacific Northwest and Great Basin regions.
