Eriogonum umbellatum var. devestivum

This Pacific Northwest native sulfur buckwheat variety is native to Idaho, Oregon, and Washington and thrives in open, sunny to partly shaded sites with coarse, well-drained soils. Once established, it is highly self-sufficient, requiring only occasional deep watering during prolonged dry spells. A wonderful addition to native habitat restorations or pollinator gardens in the inland Pacific Northwest.
