Warty spurge (Euphorbia verrucosa) is a compact European perennial best suited to partly shaded, well-drained garden borders. Water every 7–10 days and avoid overwatering, as soggy soils can cause root rot. Handle with care as all Euphorbia species exude a milky latex sap that can irritate skin and eyes.
