Eurasian water-milfoil

Eurasian water-milfoil is a submerged aquatic perennial that grows vigorously in ponds, lakes, and slow-moving waterways, providing shelter for fish and invertebrates. However, it is classified as a highly invasive species in many regions outside its native range and should never be introduced to open natural waterways. If kept in a contained water garden or pond, monitor and manage its growth carefully to prevent it from outcompeting native aquatic vegetation.
