Fool's-parsley
Aethusa cynapium
Fool's-parsley is a weedy umbelliferous plant best suited to outdoor naturalized or wildflower settings with partial to full sun and moderately moist soil. It strongly resembles edible parsley and chervil but is highly toxic — handle with gloves and never allow it near food gardens or areas frequented by children or pets. It requires little intentional care once established but should be monitored to prevent unwanted self-seeding.
