Four-leaf allseed
Polycarpon tetraphyllum
Four-leaf allseed is a delicate, low-growing annual or short-lived perennial that thrives in sunny, sandy, or disturbed soils with excellent drainage. It requires very little care — simply provide full sun and avoid overwatering, as it naturally colonizes dry, open ground. Best used in naturalistic plantings, gravel gardens, or as a green carpet in poor soils where other plants struggle.
