Four-seed vetch is a scrambling, climbing perennial legume that adds nitrogen to the soil through its root nodules, making it a great companion plant or green manure in naturalistic and wildlife gardens. Provide a trellis or neighbouring plants for support, as this vetch naturally climbs and twines to reach the light.
