Heliotropium curassavicum var. fruticulosum

This South American variety of seaside heliotrope is a low-maintenance perennial suited to outdoor gardens with partial shade and moderate, consistent moisture. It performs best in well-drained soils and is not frost hardy, so in cooler climates it should be treated as an annual or overwintered indoors. Its small white flowers are attractive to bees, butterflies, and moths.
