Heliotropium curassavicum var. obovatum

This northern plains variety of seaside heliotrope is a hardy perennial that grows well in partial shade with moderate watering and tolerates a range of soil types including alkaline and saline conditions. It is well adapted to the intermountain west and great plains regions and requires little supplemental care once established. Plant outdoors in a native or pollinator garden for best results.
