Hoary pincushion

Hoary pincushion is a low-growing native wildflower of the western United States, perfectly adapted to dry, rocky, or sandy soils with excellent drainage and full sun exposure. It produces cheerful white to pinkish pincushion-style flower heads that attract native pollinators and requires very little supplemental watering once established. This plant is ideal for xeriscape gardens, native meadow restorations, and rocky slopes where few other plants thrive.
