Honeydew oak
Quercus faginea
Honeydew oak is a sturdy, semi-evergreen Mediterranean tree best suited to outdoor landscapes with well-drained soil and partial to full sun. Water regularly when young to establish deep roots, then reduce frequency as the tree becomes established. It is well adapted to the dry summers of southwestern Europe and requires little intervention once mature.
