Horseshoe-vetch is a cheerful, low-growing perennial wildflower suited to chalky, well-drained soils in a sunny spot. It requires very little care once established, making it ideal for rock gardens, wildflower meadows, and pollinator plots. Avoid rich or waterlogged soils, as it thrives in lean, alkaline conditions typical of its native limestone grasslands.
