Hypericum crux-andreae

St. Peter's-wort is a native southeastern shrub in the St. John's Wort family, bearing bright yellow flowers that attract pollinators through summer. It performs best in partial shade with consistently moist, well-drained soil and is well suited to woodland edges or naturalized garden borders. Source it from a native plant nursery, as it is rarely stocked in mainstream garden centers.
