Inyo buckwheat is a tough native perennial suited to rocky, well-drained soils in California and Nevada gardens. Plant in partial shade to full sun and water sparingly once established, as it is adapted to dry mountain conditions. It is an excellent pollinator plant, attracting native bees and butterflies throughout its summer bloom period.
