Large-flower Evening Primrose is a vigorous biennial or short-lived perennial that produces spectacular large, bright yellow flowers that open in the evening, attracting moths and other pollinators. It thrives in full sun to partial shade with average, well-drained soil and requires very little care once established. It self-seeds freely, making it an easy naturalizer for cottage gardens, meadows, or wildlife borders.
