Lesser wood-rush

Snowy woodrush is a low-maintenance ornamental grass-like perennial that thrives in partial shade and consistently moist, humus-rich soil. Plant it along woodland borders or shaded garden beds where its bright white flower clusters provide a lovely contrast against dark foliage. It requires minimal attention once established and is well suited to temperate European-style cottage gardens.
