Leucobryum glaucum, commonly known as pincushion moss, forms soft, silvery-green mounds and thrives in humid, shaded environments with consistently moist, acidic conditions. Use only distilled or rainwater as it is sensitive to minerals in tap water. It makes an excellent addition to terrariums, moss gardens, and shaded fairy garden displays.
