Lupinus garfieldensis

Lupinus garfieldensis is a rare native lupine endemic to Washington state, producing attractive flower spikes that are highly attractive to native bees and other pollinators. Plant in well-drained soil in partial shade to full sun, and water regularly during the growing season while avoiding waterlogged conditions. As a nitrogen-fixing legume, it is a valuable addition to native plant gardens and restoration projects in the Pacific Northwest.
