Lupinus kuschei

Kusche's lupine is a vigorous, fast-growing perennial native to subalpine meadows and open forests of British Columbia and Yukon, producing classic lupine flower spikes that pollinators adore. It thrives in cool climates with well-drained, moderately fertile soil and ample moisture during the growing season, making it well suited to northern or mountain gardens. Deadhead spent flower spikes to extend blooming and prevent excessive self-seeding.
