Lupinus latifolius subsp. leucanthus

White-flowered Broadleaf Lupine is a striking subspecies native to the arid mountain ranges of the American Southwest, bearing tall spikes of white to pale lavender blooms. It prefers well-drained soils, cooler mountain climates, and partial shade, making it ideal for high-elevation rock or native gardens. Water regularly during the growing season and allow the soil surface to dry slightly between waterings.
