Mallow-rose is a spectacular native perennial hibiscus producing enormous dinner-plate-sized blooms in shades of white, pink, and red from midsummer through fall. Plant in a location that receives at least 6 hours of sun and keep the soil consistently moist, particularly during hot summer weather. Cut stems back to the ground each late winter to encourage vigorous new growth and prolific flowering.
