Menteng is a tropical fruit tree native to the lowland rainforests of Southeast Asia that requires a warm, humid environment and rich, well-draining soil. Water regularly to maintain soil moisture, and provide partial to full sun for healthy canopy development and fruiting. It is best suited to large outdoor tropical gardens or orchards and is rarely seen outside its native range.
