Oenothera cespitosa subsp. cespitosa

Tufted evening primrose is a spreading, low-maintenance perennial native to the northern Rockies and Great Plains, perfect for naturalized or prairie-style gardens. It prefers well-drained soil in full sun to part shade and requires minimal care once established. Fragrant white blooms open at dusk and are especially attractive to sphinx moths and other evening pollinators.
