Orange lily is a stunning bulbous perennial that produces vivid orange flowers in early to midsummer and grows best in well-drained, fertile soil with partial to full sun. Plant bulbs in autumn at a depth of about three times their diameter and keep the soil evenly moist during the growing season. Deadhead spent flowers and allow foliage to die back naturally to build bulb strength for the following year.
