Osteospermum moniliferum, commonly known as the bead-fruited daisybush, is a robust South African shrub that produces cheerful daisy-like flowers and thrives in well-drained soils with plenty of sunshine. It is relatively drought tolerant once established and requires minimal care beyond occasional pruning to maintain a tidy shape. Best grown outdoors in warm, temperate to Mediterranean-style climates.
