Pepper saxifrage is a hardy perennial wildflower suited to meadow gardens and grassland restorations, where it produces delicate yellow umbel flowers in summer. It thrives in neutral to slightly acidic, moderately moist grassland soils and is particularly valuable for pollinator plantings. Once established it requires minimal care and is well suited to naturalising in a lawn or wildflower meadow.
