Phlox oklahomensis

Oklahoma phlox is a little-known native perennial from the south-central plains, producing cheerful flowers best suited to borders and rock gardens. Plant in well-drained soil in a location with morning sun and afternoon shade to prevent leaf scorch. Deadhead spent blooms to encourage a longer flowering season and divide clumps every few years to maintain vigor.
