Red sandspurry is a low-growing, mat-forming perennial that thrives in sandy, gravelly, or disturbed soils with full sun to partial shade. It is a hardy little plant that produces small pink to red flowers and requires very little supplemental care once established. It is well suited to dry banks, gravel gardens, or as a filler in coastal or rock garden settings.
