Rescuegrass

Rescuegrass is a vigorous, fast-growing cool-season grass that establishes quickly in a wide range of soils and partial shade conditions. It is commonly used for erosion control, pasture cover, and naturalistic plantings, requiring little fertilization or supplemental irrigation once established. Mow or cut back periodically to prevent it from spreading beyond intended areas, as it self-seeds readily.
