Ribes sanguineum var. glutinosum

Pink-flowering currant is a beautiful native shrub prized for its pendulous clusters of deep pink to red flowers that bloom in late winter to early spring, making it an outstanding early-season pollinator plant. Plant it in partial shade with regular watering during its first season to establish a deep root system, after which it becomes more self-sufficient. It is an excellent choice for California and Oregon native gardens and is well-loved by hummingbirds.
