Sand rock-cress is a delicate, low-growing perennial native to sandy and rocky European habitats, making it an excellent choice for rock gardens, wall crevices, or alpine troughs. It thrives in well-drained, poor soils with moderate sun and requires very little care once established. Avoid overwatering or heavy clay soils as these conditions will quickly cause root rot.
